AREA ATTRACTIONS

There are many very good reasons to come to the Mille Lacs Lake area and in particular to MSA-Flagship.  The Club is located very close to many fishing hot spots on the big lake.  It is also in a bay which provides calmer waters for those wanting tubing or skiing even on the more windy days.  But beyond the things right at hand, MSA is in very good close proximity to the following kinds of activities.   There are several quality golf courses within an easy drive of the Club.  Grand Casino Mille Lacs is just a short drive as well.  In addition there are hundreds of miles  of ATV and snowmobile trails nearby.  There is a great Rod and Gun Club less than 30 minutes away for those that want to sharpen their skills.  Father Hennepin and Kathio State Parks are very close by too.   Whether you are coming for a short vacation, a weekend, or just up and back for the day, there are a wide variety of activities to occupy your time.  We are just 1 1/2 hours north of the metro, 90 miles from Duluth, 45 miles from Brainerd, and 90 miles from St Cloud.
